It is worth mentioning that Iran Compress management, with over half a century of experience in production and industry, and around 15 years of industrial activities, particularly in the production of various compression equipment and urban service equipment in Germany, has managed to enhance the quality of its products to meet national and international standards by leveraging the latest knowledge. This achievement has not only increased the lifespan of the company’s products but also improved the efficiency of vehicles and trucks.
Iran Compress was established in 1968 to manufacture compression equipment on Khavaran Street in Tehran. In 1975, with the approval of the Ministry of Industries and Mines, the company relocated to the industrial area of Karaj’s old road and began its activities under my management (Engineer Hassan Asadi). To date, Iran Compress has been consistently producing compression equipment for various heavy and light trucks, as well as rolling arms and passenger compartments for urban service equipment, as detailed in the attached catalog.

Collaboration with the Organization of Municipalities and Rural Affairs of the country in providing compression equipment and garbage trucks for various light and heavy trucks, especially Nissan pickups, which have been implemented in several projects.
Collaboration with Tehran Municipality, especially in the framework of mechanizing urban waste collection and transfer in 1985, played a significant role in improving public health. Despite the challenges of that time, Iran Compress managed to have a substantial cooperation with the municipality and, in the shortest time, equipped over a thousand Nissan pickups with compression equipment. The importance of the above-mentioned project was such that, by order of the then government, it had to be implemented in a very short time and out of turn.

Collaboration with Kaveh Industrial Group began in 1973 and continues to this day under the name Iran Khodro Diesel. At various times, particularly during the 8-year Iran-Iraq war, up to 150 units of heavy compression equipment were produced monthly and provided to the Army and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps by Kaveh Industrial Group. Til Lift is one of the newest products manufactured by this company. It has been designed, produced, and implemented for the first time in Iran by Iran Compress. This product is produced with the highest industrial standards and is competitive with similar European productions. Til Lift can be installed on the chassis of various trucks and pickups to facilitate the loading and unloading of manual and packaged goods. The use of this equipment also increases the safety, security, and health of the workforce.
Iran Compress has successfully designed and produced a new product called the three-way tipper for the first time in Iran. This innovative product not only allows for unloading cargo from the rear but also from the sides. By disassembling the walls, it can also be used as a flatbed, significantly increasing efficiency and offering numerous advantages.

Iran Compress Company is one of the founders and members of the Vehicle Body Builders Association, and its management is also a member of the board of directors of this association. Additionally, it holds the highest ranking (grade). A By adhering to technical principles and the latest scientific standards, it has maintained its position in the industry. In line with the association’s national goals, it has played a significant role in standardizing the use of various vehicles in cooperation with the Institute of Standards, the Environmental Protection Organization, the Ministry of Industries, the Police (NAJA), and the Ministry of Commerce. This has led to increased efficiency of commercial vehicles.
Accordingly, by designing and calculating, utilizing modern knowledge, and employing alloy steels (instead of ordinary steels), despite increasing the lifespan and efficiency of our products, we have reduced their weight by 15 to 35 percent. This has led to reduced fuel consumption, environmental pollution, wear and tear, and increased cargo handling efficiency.
